We feel they're overrated. And way out of the reach of the average American consumer.  If General Motors understood that they would never started building the Chevrolet volt.  Companies been trying to build electric cars since the early 1900s and they just don't work.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;We hard-working Americans do not want overpriced electric cars. If General Motors wanted to sell more cars they build cars such as Toyota does such as Nissan does and Honda.
